On Friday Kierra received a new look! Mommy and Aunt Teresa took her to Hair Success to get her hair braided. The process was a little more than we anticipated! First they washed it, then put a straightener in it before blowing it completely dry!
Next she parted it and began braiding. This gal was unbelievable talented and made the braiding look so easy. She said that Kierra was her BEST sitter ever and that the more cooperative the children are, the faster the braiding goes! 
She was rewarded with chocolate candies, pink lemonade, and even a quick pedicure while getting her braids in! Mommy was a little jealous! :)
Aunt Teresa got in on a mini braiding lesson, and offered her assistance to help finish up faster! She also let Kierra play games on her cell phone to help pass the time! :) Mommy needed phone to capture it all on camera!
