This year our Mommy participated in the First Annual Rural Cass County Relay for Life event held at the Casselton Reservoir. Since she was on the team "Central Cass Elementary Classrooms Against Cancer" we thought it was only fit to get on our Squirrel Gear and help show our support by walking the first lap in the Parade of Teams during the Opening Ceremony. With ALL the fundraising efforts this year, we are pleased to announce that this event raised over $50,000 for The American Cancer Society. It is our hope that someday we WILL find a cure for this deadly disease! Thoughts and Prayers go out to all the families of those who have lost their battle with cancer, and all the cancer survivors out there! Your strength, and courage is inspirational!
