Life is Great with Eight: Skateland Party!

Take a look at our newest 6 year old!

Jayden was honored to have 22 friends and cousins, along with G'ma, Papa, Aunts & Uncles come to celebrate her B-Day with her at Skateland. The kids skated, fell, played games, ate pizza, skated, fell, opened presents, skated, fell, and had cake and ice cream. I'm sure you see the pattern here, but most importantly even with the few falls... there were absolutely NO tears. ALL the girls in her kindergarten class joined us, and all but one were FIRST time skaters! I think they did an amazing job learning to skate and were actually pretty independent skaters by the end of the party. Some more than others! :)

We didn't get a picture of Daddy on Skates, but Mommy and Daddy both offered help to our new Kindergarten skaters! I wish I had a video of how well ALL the kids did, even despite a few "wall huggers"! :) Even Kierra and Jack were skating on their own! A BIG thank you also to our older cousins and friends who were a HUGE help to the younger skaters!
