This year grades 3-5 entertained us with "The Sound of Music" for their Spring Music Program. Since this is one of Mommy's all time musicals ever, she thoroughly enjoyed it! Even Adrian's little brothers and sisters were singing Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-Do for a week following this performance! It was THAT good! :) Another standing ovation for our talented music teachers at Central Cass Elementary...
Mr. and Mrs. Brandenburg. Adrian was also a part of the kids choir this year, and our favorite song during that portion of the show was Firework, by Katy Perry! Awesome Job Adrian, and all 3-5 students on an outstanding performance.
Following the program, Mommy and Adrian had a 5th Grade Band meeting, and we found out that Adrian will be playing the Trumpet next year. Hmmmmm... Stay tuned, as summer band starts on May 22nd.... Mommy will be sure to let you all know how the trumpet sounds in our house shortly thereafter! ;)
